The word "Dahua" appears in our domain name and branding solely to indicate compatibility with Dahua-protocol network devices (ONVIF, RTSP, SDK). Its use does not constitute impersonation, trademark infringement, passing-off, or any misrepresentation of origin. We are not Dahua Technology and have never claimed to be.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and product names belonging to Dahua Technology Co., Ltd. are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used here in a purely nominative, descriptive capacity.
This platform is presented for lawful security research, network administration, and authorized device management only.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes, including authorized network administration, security auditing of systems you own or have explicit written permission to test, educational research, and professional security work.
You represent and warrant that you own or control the systems and devices you interact with through this platform, or that you have explicit written authorization to test them. You must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, and you must be at least 18 years old.
Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or IP cameras is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or violations of these terms.
The platform, software, and related materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DahuaSecurity.cam and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
You assume full responsibility for all actions taken through your account and for any files, exports, or downloads you obtain from this platform.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service, such as account details, subscription status, purchase history, and support communications.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We do not store raw payment card numbers. We may retain limited anonymized telemetry and server logs for security, fraud prevention, debugging, and service improvement.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Refund Policy
Digital software licenses, camera file downloads, and other immediately delivered digital goods are non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or downloaded.
Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure attributable to our platform. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence.
DMCA and Takedown Response
DahuaSecurity.cam respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this platform infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or similar law, you may submit a compliant notice with the information required by law.
We review valid, complete, and good-faith notices and respond as appropriate. Incomplete, facially invalid, or materially false notices may be rejected without action.
We reserve the right to contest and seek remedies against bad-faith takedown requests, abuse complaints, or cease-and-desist demands, including claims available under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(f) or similar statutes.
Submitting a materially false or bad-faith takedown notice may expose the sender to liability. We will contest meritless complaints and protect the platform through the remedies available to us.
